This is very important because coater papers, such as those that are designed to be used in color laser printers, are more resistant to heat while printing. This means that the paper stands up better to the printing process and is more resistant to wrinkling and distortion of the paper as well as the printed images. Glossy brochure paper also lasts longer and looks better longer. Soft Gloss The soft gloss brochure paper enhances the intensity of the colors that are used and the accuracy of detail in photos, images and diagrams are enhanced. It also makes for clearer, crisper text. This is really good for advertising brochures. When you choose your brochure paper, assess what you want to get out of your brochure. Just make sure that you use paper this is designated for brochures. Never, ever use plain copy paper for your brochures.
